Creek Cleanups

The Dry Creek Conservancy is a collaborative engine for healthy natural systems in our communities with a focus on watersheds.
Join us in keeping our local waterways clean. The Dry Creek Conservancy hosts several volunteer-based creek cleanups throughout the year. Working with the City of Roseville, we are able to provide garbage bags, trash pickers and other supplies to allow our volunteers to actively keep our creeks clean.

Events will be post above, when available. Sign up early as most events will sell out. Thank you for your continued help in our efforts to keep our waterways clean and healthy. We can't do this without you!

Salmon Monitoring

Salmon surveys take place in Fall, from November - January. We rely on volunteers like you to help up keep tabs on the Chinook Salmon making their way up our local waterways to spawn.
Salmon surveys consist of small groups volunteers wading up local waterways and counting live salmon, salmon carcasses and salmon nests (known as REDDS). We are able to provide a limited amount of waders for those who are interested in helping. The data is tracked each year and shared with local organizations to gain a better understanding of the salmon spawn and the success of our cleanup efforts.
